SHIPPING
• Do you ship to my country?

• When will my order be dispatched and how can I track my order?
Orders are dispatched between 1 to 3 working days - providing there are no holidays in between. Proof of postage receipts are always available when asked for, up until a month after purchase. If a custom has been asked for, the dispatch time may take up to 5 days.
Tracking numbers and help can be obtained by contacting us.

• Can I change the postage costs to suit my needs, and if I am charged what i think is too much, what do i do?
Our postage costs are very flexible to suit the needs of the customer as we are aware that one postage cost will not always suit every order and budget - to pay more for tracking or pay less for standard, do not hesitate to contact us.
Our postal charges are calculated by the website and some overcharges may occur as it is not able to distinguish easily between items and value for the most appropriate charge. Should you be overcharged (excluding packaging costs) you will be promptly refunded after your parcel has been sent.

PRODUCTS
• Are the crystals genuine?
To our knowledge, yes, they all are! This is why we take so much care to provide you with interesting information on the benefits and uses they can bring to you, should you wish to use them other than for their aesthetics. We source our crystals from a variety of locations, ranging from a few miles away in town, to England, Uruguay and Brazil. All of them are sourced responsibly and carefully selected for the best quality.

• Is my crystal piece sturdy?
We love to answer this question - yes! Very in fact. There is understandably a lot of curiosity regarding the stability, resistance and durability of our methods and pieces, but rest assured they have been trailed and tested, and as long as they are handled with love, care, and caution, they will last you a long time.

• I want a custom piece made, is this possible?
Of course! Those are our favourite! You can contact us to arrange a custom piece for yourself and we will be in touch shortly to discuss options and pricing before any payment is settled. What you may want does not necessarily have to be something we make or have made before, so don't be shy to ask!

• What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as direct PayPal payments.

• Can I buy gift certificates to give to someone else?
Yes - gift certificates are on the website and range from £10-£100. Other amounts not specified can also be selected if necessary. You can personalise the code the person receiving the gift will need to insert at the checkout, which is a perfect opportunity to get creative! Gift certificates will then be printed off and sent to the buyer to fill in 'to/from/personal message' before handing it on. Comes ready to give.

• Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes – if you would like to purchase in bulk, please contact us and include your business details in your message.
